Leadership Performance & Coaching takes a project management approach to its own organisation and as a result uses quality management strategies such as working with clients to obtain and ensure agreed satisfaction requirements prior to undertaking work; on-going quality reviews throughout the life cycle of the work, and debriefing and reflection process on completion.
